LIFE? NO LIFE?: February

In a blink of an eye, February has ended. It really seemed like a short month.

Wait. It REALLY is a short month. =(

Things are piling up and I have no time at all, and I dunno where all my time went.

Besides the conventional meeting of relatives and family on CNY, (and of cos, not to mention the red-packets and new year goodies), the other things that I can highlight is Chingay, Meeting with army friends, Chloe's friend, Meeting with Melody, Keane, JF and Chingay Dinner.

Unhappy stuffs include quizzes and lab report.

Chingay '2011
In spite of some unhappiness among main comm with the higher-ups, I think most of the people still have fun doing Chingay. Some stuffs pissed me off, 1st day was damn screwed, it's all over anyway, and good job people. Being second-overall-in charge is not as xiong as the overall on, but still very tiring. Haha.

This is the 3rd time I am doing Chingay, and by far the least enjoyable one.

the overall winner this year is the PAYM team. They don't really have a magnificent float,
but 2000 dancers probably made up for it.

Got to tell you CityAlive was boring. At least I got free drinks, haha. The foreign DJ, no offence, kinda sucked, especially the last one. PAYM and various other dancer were showing off their moves. I stood there, bedazzled.

Meeting up 163

To those that didn't known 163 SQN is my army squadron, hence the name. Met Guoping, Ray & Kim twice at the time near CNY and during CNY, for shopping and gathering. Also met JingFeng and Keane, together with Melody near the end of February.

We met twice during February, once was to eat and shop. We ate at Concorde hotel or somewhere near there. The Korean food at the food court is nice and healthy. Kim Dae Mun Korean Cuisine uses water instead of oil to cook their food, making it less sinful. We ended both meet-up with L4D2, barely surviving the zombie apocalypse.

JingFeng, Keane, Melody and me met up at JE for dinner. Long time never see any of them, except JF, who is taking the same elective me (The Chinese Lyrics Module). Ate at Aston JE, didn't know Aston is sold in hawker centre too.

Finish of the Friday night in an arcade throwing baskets. Keane was very good, partly because I kapok all the basketball from the other machine with my long hands! Hahaha.

Chloe's Birthday
Haven't been to a birthday party, that felt like a party for a long time. Went early to help out with the decoration. It was weirder than the other party I went to help out, which was Joyce's birthday.
