I really think a crucial part in my previous exam went wrong. I am not trying to think about it, but I could help and woke up at 8:30 a.m. today. A very bad dream, and I cannot help to wake up with more fear, needless to say, I never slept well at all. I want to forget about that mistake in the paper, and trying to convince myself I will still get an B+ grade. But my fear is getting from bad to worse. This sense of insecurity is affecting me, really bad. I really need to get rid of this feelings before the next exam. Any ideas how?
