Hahaha, been listening to Chinese songs again, something I never did for awhile, and think 蕭亞軒's 錯的人 and 吴克群's 没关系 is not bad.

Flaming November

My November so far has something to do with fire.
Not that the haze was here.
Neither am I fired up for writing my IA report
Nor am I having a fiery temper that makes me wanna punch people.

Just fire, literal meaning. Was reading CaiJie's blog about fire drill. Then, suddenly it's my turn, haha. Fire Drill is a waste of time, which is a good thing for interns (or maybe just me), because intern has the time to waste. It is a good way to pass time than trying to act busy.

Without this fire drill, I would have no idea on where is the assembly ground. I was hoping for the SCDF to come and teach us some fire-fighting skills, so that more time could be wasted, but the whole woo-ha only took like 30 mins. Sian. Great thing, the company doesn't seem to record intern's name in the namelist, so I am not accounted for in a real fire, but well, no worries, because I think I can run faster than most of them :P

And just nice, during that week, a fire actually broke out.

Relax, it's not at the building I am in, but somewhere, near, and I get to witness it because of my window view.

It certainly made my IA life a bit more eventful.

I want something to look forward to, besides weekends :(

October

Finally, October is coming to an end. October has been a very long month, with no public holidays at all. There is recess week, but it is not entitled to IA student! October 2010 has 5 Saturdays, 5 Sundays, 5 Fridays. Which means more weekends, and more TGIFs, but more working days. It consist of 2 special date 10/10/10 and 20/10/2010. Seems like a season of love in school, lots of people getting attached. I can roughly imagine the school filled with butterflies and the fragrance of flowers...

..not, I don't really recall people carrying flowers around except V-day.

Year1 Sem1 Classmates
Basically met with my Y1S1 classmates twice. Once was steamboat, where no pics were taken. The other was a BBQ session at MeiHong's place, which happened during the recess week. Went SAFRA Jurong before that, and played CounterStrike and L4D2, with Vinson, Reagan, Joash, Niko, Ephraim, Iwan, Meihong and me. Reagan is damn pro at Counterstrike.
After playing for 3 hours, we went to Lakeshore for the BBQ.

Talking about meeting two times in the month of October, I had the fortnightly with Xueshuang and gang. Once at some Zi Char place at Kovan, the other was at S11 at Ang Mo Kio. Supposed to have a Sentosa Trip, but was cancelled due to the poor response, it's like twice in a row, haha.

ShuJing's "Forever 21st" Birthday

ShuJing's Birthday Party was also held in October. She held it at 20/10/2010 at some ulu place, hahaha. Originally didn't wanna go, since I don't have much close mutual friends with her, will be kinda weird if I am alone there. Close to the actual party, Shantel messaged me saying she was alone too, so I find me and Shantel a company.

I am easily the oldest there, wahahaha. Pretty proud of myself for sleeping for 2 hours before going to work. When I closed my eyes during work, it was like I was still in the club. Haha

童眼with Melody
Well well, I don't really like horror show=(, timid ma, hahaha(so yea, I don't really celebrate Halloween either) Went Cineleisure to watch 童眼 with Melody, since we are both big fans of 杨丞琳=) Think her acting is not bad, but I still totally prefer her in 海派甜心, where she is way too cute. For 杨丞琳, even if don't like to watch horror show, also must go watch! Wahahaha. I admit got one part I jumped and shouted in my seat, because I was watching with one eye close(stupid contact lens), when the "ghost" suddenly zoomed to the character in a creepy way.

Clown and Prince

There are 2 type of person that would make a princess happy... One would be a clown the other would be the prince.

A clown is the type, that will make her laugh, doing something stupid, whether deliberately or not.
That could make her laugh out loud, doing stuffs, trying to make her happy for the moment.
That would know she is probably way beyond reach.

A prince is the type, that did make her smile from the bottom of the heart.
That would do little sweet stuffs that would make her have the lingering happiness.

Both of which provide happiness, just different kind. But the princess would most probably choose the prince as the partner, boyfriend, and the clown as a good friend, the shoulder-in-need.

I am no prince, I wish I was one though. Sadly, I am losing my ability as a clown. I dunno how to make people smile anymore.
