December, used to be my favourite month, was spoilt due to NTU schedule. Have to do IA in December! Sianz, normally this time can nua at home already. Not looking forward to work life man, after doing IA. IA really makes you appreciate student life. I can say I really don't enjoy working there, because very zuo bo, and I dun like to pretend working. I started of with like "I am going to be proactive" to "I will just surf net and sleep so that time will go faster"

Ok enough of IAs la. Finally handed up my IA final report on 10 of December, some pics I used in my report!

That's for Autodesk Revit, a program designer uses. I designed various family components for the people there. so that they can pluck from my library and put in in their drawings, saving some troubles.

learn about Envelop Thermal Transfer Value (ETTV) and calculated for the above building

learnt about using greenery to reduce ETTV, so the 1st pic that came to mind is the NTU ADM building

also got this program to calculate heat load, think this would phase out soon

I think I put the " Enough of IA" too early on the top. But I am writing and thinking at the same time without scrolling back so I should say it again in caps, "ENOUGH OF IA". From 10th December, can officially zuo-bo in the office despite the official end is at Christmas Eve. I am glad to pick up some knowledge from this IA experience though.

10th December

After IA unofficially ended, me and the IA clique went NEX to have dinner and also celebrate my birthday!!!! Some awkward things happened before that day, and I am not gonna write it here, because I feel embarrassed remembering it.(Something along the line of thick-skinned) Ask me online, hahaha and I might not tell. Pics are not up yet. Shall post again.

9th December

I completely forgot to mention my own birthday, had over 100 wishes on Facebook, and I think it's because it's exams a lot of people on Facebook (I thought it was opposite) wahahaha. Never really celebrated, but have my annual mee sua with 2 egg from mum.

It kinda suck when people post on your wall "have a blast" or something like that, when you are working in the office, and nothing to do with celebration, no, I still like to see the wishes, just kinda wanted that day to be more eventful. Haha, but I never really celebrate birthday before coming to NTU, just gonna live with it.

Bought a new shoe for myself(partly because of the wedding), lazy to take a photo.

12th December

My cousin's wedding was held at Copthorne King's Hotel Singapore. I never took much photos, never talk to anyone there. Surprised many relatives with the fact I am single, (why are they surprised?) It was all kind of boring, the food is great though. Wedding are so damn expensive, and the bridegroom and the best men have to go through "initiation" to get to the bride. Had fun looking at the photo. My closest cousin is in jail and the second closest one has a boyfriend. Blame it on inferiority complex and stuff, I never went and talk to her.

The food is still great.

The wine as well, drank a lot.

24rd December

Played BlackJack and Mahjong at WeiChe's home. Being the unlucky guy I usually am when it comes to gambling, lost like 15+ bucks. I hate losing and try to refrain from being a sore loser. I think I did not display that part of me during that day. Thank you to Weiche for sending me home in the middle of the night.

Had a completely different mindset about hamsters. They are cute, and it is fun to see them moving in your palm. That reminds me of the pet that I never own a pet before.

28th December

Christmas party at Daryl's house and L4D2 after that. Got a nice gift from my Secret Santa Yuwen and also got a gift from Chloe:) Did I mention I happened to wore exactly the same thing at the same venue 1 year ago?

Enjoyed my day even though I never did shit on Christmas, so this is a belated one, and it's still filled with the Christmas feeling. The food, the gifts and the people. Will put more pics when I find them.

29th December

Daryl's off for exchange in America. Went airport to send him. I was afraid of being the only senior there, but it turned out ok, i guess. The freshmen are friendly, probably a lot more friendlier than me.

Been coughing real bad at night, but in the morning I am totally fine.

Last Day of Work Which Coincide with X'mas Eve

Last day of IA, got a lot of goodies! Probably because is Christmas Eve too!

November

November has been very uneventful, considering everyone is having exams. But, got to see Wanling and Tiffany twice during the Deepavali break. For me, it is just a one day break, for them, it's 1 week 0.0. A bit regret never go GIP now. Seems like a lot of people are going next semester. Argh, too late for regrets.

When they came back for the period of time, we went 2 places to eat.

Little Part 1 Cafe
Located at 15 Jasmine Road, opposite of Thomson Plaza (Someone told me Thomas Plaza, so I alighted wrong stop) As usual, I got lost, and was late. The food is nice and the ambiance is good too. The price is a-okay, I think.

House in Dempsey Road
Went another place to eat before the night before the day of their departure to India again. This time to Dempsy Road, and I got lost again. Eventually managed to find my way from Tanglin Shopping Centre, on foot. Guess this is a rich man's place, only accessible by cars. Never really dressed well, aiya, fuck care, happy jiu hao. I don't think the food is all that great...
