Things I did In May

What are the days in May call? Mayday! Mayday! Okay I know very lame, hahaha!

Shall just update whatever I remembered for May, after EID

Ironman 2 with kukumi

Watched a second movie with Miss Kukumi, which is Ironman 2.

It was pretty impressive, but it is not as good as the 1st one and in personal opinion, it isn't as good as Ip-Man 2 too.

War Machine is way cool. Not the weapon wise, but the colour. Almost anything is good in black(fav colour). The story goes the side effects becoming Ironman, and trying to solve it, together with problems of new villains. On the verge of suicidal mood, he kinda get over it with a message from the past from his father, help from beyond grave. Kinda good movie, but the ending is really anti-climax, the villain screen time is damn little. The graphics is good, not every Marvel character plucked out of comic book, can turn this stylish.

Hit the beach again with EID people. Things are different this time round, though. XS is attached!!! I forgot to mention this anywhere in my blog, hahaha, happy for her:) XS brought her sis and her friend, namely Xueying and Yilin respectively. Good weather, nice company with ter, wc, huiling, darong, xs. Still, I am not a Sun person, hahahaha. Think I got tanned a bit after this session with ter's Banana Boat tanning lotion, then again looking at my skin now.... I am probably lying to myself. Learnt vball a bit, but with goldfish memory, will forget it soon. Hahaha, sorry Coach xs =(
Dinner at Saizeriya comes after that. Cheap food for a restaurant, and a very entertaining squid-ink dish. See the pic below for more details.

First time Shisha
Almost right immediately after Saizeriya, went and meet my coursemates to celebrate Wanling's 22nd birthday. Located at Arab Street, it was the 1st time I actually had a Shisha session. I don't know why anyone will get hooked to this, puffed it a few times, but never got hooked. People told me that Shisha is a lot more toxic than your classic cigarettes.. Well, now I got a valid reason if I fail my IPPT. People commented I looked quite tanned:):)

Mini-Outing with Hall 10
Went out with Hall 10 freshies, a mini-gathering with Edwin, Ivan, Ivy, June, Elton, Guohong. at Paragon. Had some fun at Toy 'R' Us, reminiscing... This is bad, reminiscing is a sign of getting old. After that, when to some Jap Restaurant which I totally forget the name. Hahaha, had Green Tea Noodle there, something soething chasoba, haiz, jap sucks, I S/U it. Went to play LAN games with my play after that so didn't join them for the dessert.

Job-Hunting
Went job hunting with RSPID people(which I am not part of) at International Plaza, which is near my home, whee, got a tuition assignment while jobhunting. Didn't got a job, but spent more money to play=( @ Marina Square. Bowling, OMG, so long never play, cui already. Also play free arcade, somehow the machine got bugs or something, and we could play for free(and obviously we did not tell the shop-owner about it)

Holidays so far...

Mother's Day Job + XueShuang's birthday
Went for a one-day job of distributing free carnations and tags for mother's day. FREE. Really sian when I see aunties crowding around ShiMin, while choosing the flowers... It's free, why don't you just take it and go, hahaha, and not much people wrote the tag. For every tag received, CapitalLand will donate 1 buck to the underprivileged children.. But not much people wrote, and I am not surprised, and I am disappointed. Well, I am still gonna get 7bucks per hour, so who cares...Interestingly, my group mate is coincidentally from Insinyur, and I met her before.

The job ends at 9pm. Which was when LeeTing came and met up with me, since she was in Town, and we set off to XS's birthday. The theme was flowers? Not too sure, but everyone was supposed to bring one flower. Nobody I knew stayed over, so when I reach at 10pm, I think I sat for about 40 mins then need to go and catch the last train.. haha...

First Movie during holidays
Went and watch movie with Melody on Tuesday. Ip-Man 2 was amazing. The way they fight, the storyline, too cool. I want to learn 咏春拳, wahahaha. The thing I like about the fighting scenes it's because the camera also not really like those kind of fast-paced fight, where the camera just keep shaking around, and make people dizzy, and not really knowing what is happening. Learnt from Melody that Bruce Lee died due to cancer, and his son died being killed by a dummy bullet. Dummy bullets can kill too, then what's the point-_-. Only one more movie remains, Iron-Man 2. Haha.

EID IS OVER

My holidays have officially started, since EID is officially over. EID is a pain in the ass for something of 2AUs. We..didn't win anything, and I am not surprised. Haha, I designed 6 posters in total for this EID.

Not bad right? Hehe.

EID Exhibition

It was held at Nanyang Auditorium on 14th May. I was real late, because I really couldn't wake up and reach the auditorium at the supposed time of 8:15a.m. I actually work up at 7:30a.m., and I know I couldn't make it. But well, I made it at 9a.m., haha. Our stall is actually very presentable, though the prototype a bit 见不得人. Xueshuang, Yiyang and Kiwi, acted out a skit. while Terrence is in charge of the talking. What, my job? Slacking beside. Hahaha. Got to take picture with my eye-candy:P, so overall that day quite happy. Very funny actually, because Huiling and Weiche just randomly ask her to take photo, while she's on the way to toilet. Haha.

Long before the prize presentation, we already packed up, hahaha, you can see that our stall is probably the only empty one. Haha, after that they went to Jurong Point and Kovan to patronize the arcade. Meanwhile I went to carry some heavy Insinyur stuffs from ChinHwa's room to Collin's home. We went Settler's Cafe for dinner and some games. Played the below games for hours. We only played one game. Hahaha.

this game is really fun, but if a lot of smart people are playing this game,

it could be endless. Not suitable for playing at minds, i guess

Basketball + Remedial Training

The day after EID, I went for my 1st Remedial Training(RT), not before I played basketball with my secondary school friend in the morning. My shoe's sole came off, maybe because of prolonged period of not wearing them (which also means prolonged period of not exercising!) After basketball, went Bukit Panjang Plaza to nua very long, before I took a bus to Maju Camp.

Remedial Training was very slack, really slack, maybe it is because it's the 1st session, if it continues like that, I will never be going to pass IPPT, which would affect the Kookup trip too.

Met an old friend during RT.

I think that's all for this week, I am going to start designing the orientation booklet for Insinyur, but I really don't have the mood..... ahahaha. Cheers:)

It's a new beginning..

I've been trying to write about, the lagged behind posts. I realised I really don't feel like it. Since after such a long time, I actually forgot all the happy stuffs, and only remember the sad ones.

Why is there a void that is impossible to fill, I dunno.

Is it impossible to feel happiness alone?

If this is the feeling I have to get used to, then so be it.

Hmm, Chingay was a little different from last year. I get to sit on the float this year instead of doing ushering. So it was a very interesting experience. Valentine's Day
V-day huh, was pretty much like any other days, I guess. This year decided not to buy and flowers, because the people I know in NTU is getting too much, while my wallets is still as flat as last year. If only I could pluck free roses from anywhere, wahahaha. If only....."if only" exists.

On a sidenote, I did bought flower for someone, but it was on behalf of another. Bought for Huiling, for Wenlong, hahaha. I kept telling everyone except Huiling, don't be surprised by me giving flower to someone, and I don't have ulterior motive even if I give.

Haha. Let's see, I did not came out of V-day empty-handed. 4 spoils of war :P. -Mark&Spencer chocolate from Zinc(Really nice! It's like my favourite Orion ChocoPie, but nicer) - Shuwen's self-made chocolate(Nice also! Last year, I got, but I kept in bag till it spoil) - Another choclate, I cannot remember from who(sorry) and Xueshuang's and Terrace's Mini-tidbits hamper. Hahaha, I doubt any of you all have my blog, but I wanna say thank you anyway:) It makes me feel better than some other guys out there :x and it makes me feel less lonely.

Chinese New Year
This year's Chinese New Year was just like usual. Hahaha, relatives play mahjong, while I am doing everything else, except talking with my relatives. So awkward questions won't be asked. Hahaha, watched many movies using my cousin's computer.
My NUS student took her stuffs to study, OMG. Hahaha, I wish I was half as hardworking as her. It was near quiz period and everything. Well, she did not study the whole day la, 'cos got valentine's date at night.. Haha.

Also went to Adele's house. Ate steamboat and play Taboo! Hahaha, really had a lot of fun there. As a further proof that I had no direction-sense, I got lost like for 1 hour. It happened that there are 2 blocks with the same number pretty close to each other. Hahaha, but still fun la!

Chinese New Year Hall Dinner
This is the official 1st event I attended in Hall 10. Did I mentioned I had three steamboats for CNY? This is the 2nd one I had, after Chinese New Year. Haha, fun! This is an event I had to turn up, because one of my good friend in hall, Wanling is singing. Must give face, wahahhaa.
